Refund and Returns Policy

The following items are not eligible for cancellation or return under the cooling-off period:

  • Perishable goods such as food or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., headphones, cosmetics) and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
