Our delivery timeframes are typically 2-3 working days from the date of your order. Please note that orders placed on Fridays may arrive on the following Tuesday.
We offer 2 day shipping on orders with no minimum spend required.

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly arrange for the item to be returned and replaced.

If you want to cancel your item and it has already been shipped you. We will ask you to accept the delivery and will send you a shipping label via email. Please stick this on the outside packaging covering the original shipping label and we will arrange a collection.
Currently we do not offer a pre-order option. This is something we are looking into.
